Joseph Takacs

PRINCIPAL
Joseph has been in the tourism and hospitality business for over 40 years. His background includes the
management of hotels and resorts, golf courses, restaurants, timeshare, and condominiums. He has
extensive background in the start-up and continued long term success of resort management, rentals,
and sales.
Joseph holds a PhD in Management from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest Romania and
teaches in the #1 MBA program in Eastern Europe; Tiffin University/University of Bucharest executive
MBA. He is licensed as a real estate broker in 36 states, holds the ‘Registered Resort Professional’ (RRP)
designation from ARDA, is a member of the Licensed Timeshare Real Estate Brokers Association (LTRBA),
is a Timeshare Board Members Association (TBMA) sponsor and a Realtor.
Joseph is married 36 years and enjoys four wonderful children and two grandchildren with another
expected in March 2023.
Dana Takacs

VP and Owner
In 2010, Dana began to get more involved and today is an integral part of the company from both a high
level and daily involvement where she controls inventory and our inventory control platform.
Dana is licensed in FL and holds a MM degree in conducting. As such, at the beginning of MVP and
TOWB, Dana continued a pursuit of her music background; theatre production, singing, and conducting.
Outside of her musical interest she has worked as an office manager and director of operations for a
couple of different companies and organizations before becoming more involved with MVP & TOWB.
She is a principal and senior officer at TOWB and is responsible for the overall operations. She directly
assists Sydni and Alex with administrative functions and coordinates the big-picture aspects of the
company.
Sydni Takacs

Manager of Customer Service and Social Media
Before MVP, Sydni worked in Customer Service within the restaurant industry where she worked for 9 years. She transitioned to MVP to do administrative work in 2016 and has since began managing the Customer Service Desk and Social Media. She has a degree in Psychology and a passion for people, which makes her the perfect fit!
Alexandria Rich
Alexandria has been with MVP and TOWB for over 10 years. She has been involved in accounting,
customer service, social media and currently works in the technology side as well as contracts.
She has a Bachelors in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
Her previous work experience includes administration for a major catering company, managing a bakery,
and various other restaurant positions.
Rodney Ressler

GENERAL MANAGER
Rodney served in the Hospitality industry for nearly 50 years. Retiring in 2020.
The last 25 years were in the timeshare specific field, where he was General Manager for a 228-unit
timeshare in Florida. He oversaw a $6M annual budget and nearly 12,000 timeshare owners.
Additionally, he supervised and coordinated over $30M in renovations during his tenure there.
Rod brings years of professional and successful operations experience to the TOWB portfolio.
Barney Barber
Barney is a timeshare resort operations and management industry veteran of over 35 years.
He was former Senior Vice President Resort Operations for Bluegreen Corporation and President of
Bluegreen Resorts Management, Inc. where he had direct oversight and responsibility for the
operations, management, and owner’s association governance at 45 resorts, 55 associations and 1600
resort associates. Associations included timeshare, condo whole owner, permanent resident owners,
campground, and deeded RV lot associations.
He has previously held executive management positions as Regional VP for Patton Hospitality
Management and Capital Resorts Management.
Barney has held certifications as a Community Associations Manager (CMCA) from the Community
Associations Institutes National Board of Certifications as well as Registered Resort Professional (RRP)
designation with the American Resort Development Association.
